We are pleased to inform you that due to the temporary reinstatement of the de minimis exemption for Chinese imports by the U.S. government, we are able to revert to our previous shipping policy. This means that our shipping rates will now be more affordable while still ensuring that you receive the best possible value when shopping with us.

📌 Please note: This update applies only to customers based in the United States. Orders to other countries are not affected.

New Shipping Rates (Effective Immediately for U.S. Orders):

✅ Orders below $20 → $3 standard shipping fee
✅ Orders from $20 to $149.99 → Free standard shipping
✅ Orders of $150 and up → Free expedited shipping

What’s Happening & Why

Previously, due to newly imposed U.S. tariff regulations, we had to adjust our shipping policies to accommodate higher import costs. However, with the temporary reinstatement of the de minimis exemption, shipments valued under $800 can once again enter the U.S. duty-free. This allows us to resume our former shipping policy, making it easier for you to shop affordably.

Refunds for Extra Shipping Fees Paid

During the recent tariff uncertainty, we charged tax-included shipping fees to cover potential import costs. Now that the de minimis exemption has been temporarily reinstated, we will refund the extra shipping fees to customers who were affected.

🔹 How to request a refund: Simply send us a message once you receive your order, and we will process your refund accordingly.

🔹 Why we are handling refunds this way: The tariff situation remains uncertain, and policies may change again in the future. To ensure that we can continue offering the best service, we are refunding these charges only after successful delivery.

Refunds for Lost Orders

We understand that waiting longer for your order can be frustrating. However, shipping delays do not mean an order is lost. Refunds will only be issued for orders that are officially confirmed as lost by our shipping agent. We closely monitor all shipments to ensure your order reaches you.

While the de minimis exemption has been reinstated, there are still some logistical challenges affecting shipping times:

🚚 Post-Holiday Shipping Congestion – Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, a large volume of orders is currently being processed, which may lead to temporary delays.

📦 Customs Processing – Although shipments under $800 are exempt from tariffs, customs inspections and processing times may still cause some delays.
